About Us
The university was founded on 5 Jan 2015 by Sayadaw Ashin Pannyissara who was born on 23rd January 1964 at Nyaung Waing Ward of Thaton in Mon State, Myanmar. His parents are U Kyaw Hlaing and Daw Myint Kyi. He is the eldest of the five offspring. After answering the Matriculation Exam, he became a novice with the blessing of Venerable Bhaddanta Paññājota who was his Preceptor.
He studied Buddhism at Dhammaduta Tawya in Belin Township of Mon State where he passed the Pahtamagyi level.

To teach the Three Pitaka Pali texts, leveraging the assistive power in education of modern technology and methodologies |

To promote mastery of literature in Pali, the main liturgical language of Theravada Buddhism |
